Both the Apple Store app and the Music app on my iPhone 12 crashes immediately after I open them. How to fix that?!

First update the device to latest OS ,updating IOS to latest removes any software glitches and also solves many issues.
crashing of Apps often happens when there is a corrupted data in the device .
After updating to latest OS also if you are facing the same issue then you need to restore the device but ensure you have data back up before proceeding.
