I put my wife’s phone on Zoom and now I can’t see the whole screen to answer the phone or to do anything else with it. I can’t turn it off. All I can see is a corner of the screen. We can’t unlock it or anything.

· Double-tap the screen with three fingers to zoom out
· If that doesn’t work, go to Settings > Accessibility > Zoom
· Turn off the Zoom toggle
· This will return the screen to normal and let you answer calls easily
