Are there layaway options for buying iPhones or iPads?

I am here to ask to see if can or not about layaway for iPhone and iPad - are you allow to have layaway for any of devices? My phone & iPad is very old since 2018 so want a new iPhone instead of Samsung phone! Please email me cuz I do not come here to check cuz I tend to forget alot. Update - help! I mean I do not have that iPhone and did not mean to click it as should be my old phone but not showing here. So no iPhone ok? lol.
