How do I make a Quick Action appear when I right-click in Finder?

I have created several Quick Actions using Automator. Right now I access them by 1) right clicking in Finder, 2) clicking Quick Actions, then 3) selecting the relevant Quick Action.

I want to remove step 2) and have the relevant Quick Actions appear in the pop up when I right-click in Finder. The actions I care about used to appear there, but they no longer do and I don't know what I did to have them no longer appear there.

At one point it would show them independently if there were only one or two. I don't know if that still is what happens. You can add shortcuts to Quick Actions in the Services section of Keyboard Shortcut System Settings.

Hmmm. I appreciate the info. It's been very frustrating. Editing the action in any way--even adding a period, then removing it, then saving, causes the shortcut to disappear from the right click dialog. Would love to find a way to get it back there!
