How do I get refund as I was charged for a free subscrition on App Store?

I downloaded the program and when I entered the program, I came across the subscription page and there was no clear amount. What I saw was 24 Emirati dirhams and 0 Emirati dirhams for free. I chose this option, which was 0 dirhams, and they took my face print and I was surprised that 149 Emirati dirhams were deducted from me. Now I need to get the amount back as soon as possible, please.
