iPhone 15 Pro – Dual SIM Not Working, No Signal on Any SIM
I’m facing a issue with my iPhone 15 Pro where eSIM have suddenly stopped working. I’ve already tried all standard troubleshooting steps multiple times—resetting network settings, restarting the device, and even switching eSIM—but nothing has worked. This is not a carrier issue, as I’ve tested with multiple SIMs from different providers, and all of them fail to connect.
Apple diagnostics didn’t reveal any faults, and the Apple Store suggested reinstalling iOS, though they admitted it’s a 50/50 chance it would resolve the issue. Another strange behavior is that I can’t keep both SIMs active at once—enabling one automatically disables the other, and neither gets any signal regardless.
I’ve also come across other users at the Apple Store and at carriers store who are experiencing the same issue, which suggests this might be a broader problem affecting iPhone 15 Pro models. Looking for any insights or similar experiences.
