F5 no longer triggers Cantonese voice input across all apps.

Since updating to macOS 15.4.1, F5 no longer triggers Cantonese voice input across all apps. It now only works in Apple apps like Pages/Notes, and requires manually switching input method. This used to work seamlessly before. Please restore previous behaviour.
