Why are my AirDrop photos not showing in my gallery?
my cousin sent me pictures through air drop and i got a notification of it receiving but in my gallery its not showing

It may be that the pictures were made at an earlier time, and you aren't looking there. You should try sorting your Library by Date Added rather than by Date Captured,
Then the pictures will be be near the bottom of the Library. (Sort appears for the Library view, not the Photos view.)
Another thing to try is Utilities>Recently Saved. "Recently Saved" can also appear in "Pinned.")
