Adding Colour Sync Printer profile to you home folder as Library is now hidden so impossible.

I don’t understand what is hidden. The user Library has been hidden for a long time, perhaps a decade or more.

If it is that, hold down the Option key and choose “Library” from the Go menu. You can permanently unhide it using the View Options on your Home folder.

I didn’t say Go > Home.
