How do I check the status of my refund which hasn't been credited back?

On April 18, 2025, my subscription was charged. And on the same day, I requested a refund. The refund was supposed to arrive on April 20, 2025. But it still hasn't arrived. Although the response says that the refund was made. Why is that? What should I do now?

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in to your Apple Account.
Choose Check Status of Claims. If you don't see Check Status of Claims, you don't have any pending refund requests. Learn how to request a refund.
To see the status, tap or click Pending.

April 20th ( today) is a holiday and may be delaying the decision on your refund request. If your request for a refund is approved, expect funds to be available in your account in 5 to 7 business days. Occasionally, fund availability is sooner and rarely may be longer also.
