On an iPhone 13, it is not unusual for it to lose 1% per month. More specifically it is 1% for every 25 charge cycles for a total battery life of 500 charges cycles, but the cycle count is not readily available on an iPhone 13 so using the monthly average is more common.
I assume you got the battery replaced at Apple or Authorized Apple Seller as the numbers provided only pertain to genuine Apple batteries.
If you find yourself needing to charge your phone multiple times a day, then review the apps that are consuming your battery at Settings > Battery and scroll down to see usage over the last 24 hours. Some apps are notorious for using vast amounts of battery power even when they are not being used. This is done through the use of Background Processes and testing by removing the highest offenders may have a significant impact on how often you need to charge your phone, which reduces your cycle count.
