Automation Shortcuts when receiving a message

I set up a Shortcuts "when receiving a message" and found:

1) when specifying a dash in the sender's name, for example, "two-way", my Iphone deletes this dash and leaves "twoway" as a result, the command does not work when receiving a message. Is there a possibility of wildcards or regular expressions?

2) when specifying some senders, the command does not work at all, is there a way to access meta SMS data such as "raw headers" to understand what is wrong with the sender's name, perhaps there are some invisible characters or fake characters from other languages, such as Cyrillic?
