Why are my eSIMs not working together on my iPhone 13 Pro Max?

I have 2 Esims, one for data and one for voice and text. They just stopped working simultaneously. One has to be off for the other to work.

One is provided by T-Mobile. One I purchase. Does not matter who I purchase from the Data one will not work with my Voice and text line on. This is new problem.

Using Dual eSIMs on an iPhone:

You need to use the same cellular data network. As for your own, you need to get this configured, and you Carrier is who configures this card, and then provides it to you.

  2. As it Reads: Your iPhone can use one cellular data network at a time.

Yes. I have been traveling for a year. I understand the set up. I have 2 companies i have used and it has worked just fine just like this until Wed. April 16.

I have gone over all this with one of the Esim Carriers. I deleted their Esim and used another trusted carrier, same thing.

I contacted Apple support and we deleted my VPN then downloaded newest version. Still nothing. A reset might work but I am waiting for Apple support to call me back. But because Apple didn't have a way for my Apple assistant to put Greece time zone for call back and put a US phone contact I never recieved. Next day and I wll have to wait for offices to open.
