I bought an icloud+ and i try to synchronize my photos to it. But it doesn’t work. I have almost 0 of my iphone’s storage left and only 2% of icloud is filled.
why it doesn’t synchronize?
what should I do?

iPhone, Settings, [tap your name], iCloud, Photos turn Sync this iPhone on.
Check Optimise iPhone Storage on.
