Can I create a public Shared Album for my brother's wedding that allows people to add photos without manual invitations?

I know that with a shared album I can make it public so that people can view it from a link but this doesn’t let them add to it unless I manually invite them. Was hoping that I could use the shared album for my brothers wedding and obviously I don’t have everyone that will be there as a contact. Is there any way of doing this?
