How do I unlock my stolen iPhone's Apple Pay?

Yes, I have talked to you about this since last year about my Apple Pay now you’re just texting me telling me my stuff is still being used and I’m not using it. I can’t see my current balance on so if you can sit on y’all need to let me know cause I have Car on told you I have been sick. I have been at the hospital. My phone was stolen last year. What’s been done All I’m asking is for y’all too unlock my Apple Pay. I don’t have anything to do with your place if the phone was not in my contacts, not mine.
