Hi! I ‘ m troubling with a problem that my turn passcode off is not working the option is disabled . I tried some of methods to fix it but the methods didn’t work .please suggest me some methods ,so that i can fix my problem easily .Thank you

You are NOT listening to what we're telling you. Simply said as possible: If you have Face ID enabled on your iPhone, you CANNOT turn off Passcode on the phone. If you don't want any form of security (not a good idea), turn off Face ID, then you turn off Passcode. But that would be a truly unwise thing to do.

If you don't want any form of security (not a good idea), turn off Face ID, then you turn off Passcode. But that would be a truly unwise thing to do.
You can NOT turn it off if you have Face ID enabled.
You will have to turn off Face ID first.
You can also not turn it off if you have anything in your Apple wallet.
You may not be able to turn it off if you have set up an email account from your school or employer on the phone.

IF YOU HAVE FACE ID SETUP, THE PASSCODE CANNOT BE TURNED OFF.
TURN OFF FACE ID FIRST.
Tap on "Reset Face ID" Then you'll be able to turn off the passcode.
If Face ID is setup, then Passcode is required and cannot be disabled.

That doesn't make sense. If you have Face ID setup, then you MUST have a passcode and you can't turn it off. You suggest it is a brand new phone. When you got the phone, did it open to the Hello page and you then set up Face ID on the new phone?

The turn passcode off’ is greyed out in my phone .how can i explain you i don’t know ,please see my friends this is the problem
