How do I check my iPhone 16 Pro Max battery health if the indicator seems wrong?

Hi there, I’m using an iPhone 16 Pro Max running iOS 18.x. I recently gave it a light knock and now the battery indicator seems stuck at 100% and/or draining oddly fast. Could you please run a remote battery diagnostic to check its Maximum Capacity, cycle count, and overall health? I’m connected to Wi-Fi and have it plugged in. Thanks!

Batteries do not age in a linear fashion. If you want remote diagnostics performed you need to contact Apple Support, not Apple Communites.
