How do I check if an app is still running in the background on iPad?
All apps are closet except Safari but in The background there is still somthing running like a game!

Your iPad will indicate which Apps are running (and therefore consuming power) in your Battery Settings page:
Settings > Battery
Here you will see a summary of Apps and processes running on your iPad. Tap on any of the vertical bars in the graph view to see the Apps being used in the related 15 minute period. By example:
Any "open" Apps can be seen in the App Switcher. To expose the App Switcher page, swipe-upwards from the bottom edge to the centre of the screen, pausing briefly before lifting your finger from the screen; you will see a thumbnail image for each of your currently open Apps. Apps can be force-closed, if necessary, by swiping the corresponding thumbnail off the top of the screen.
