Facing 'The identity of outlook.office365.com cannot be verified' error on iPhone

I get a message on screen saying "cannot verify server identification". "The identity of "outlook.office365.com" cannot be verified".

This isn't from trying to log in / do anything in particular. It's in some places, including just walking down the street. And it's when if I try to do anything on the phone e.g. take a photo then I get the message and it freezes the phone. I cancel it and it keeps coming back.

Help!

Perhaps a long shot:

Do you have a 3rd party VPN installed, even if you are not using it? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN.

The first thing I'd try is deleting those accounts and adding them back. That should update all the settings for the accounts.

Hi IdrisSeabright .. probably. Two of the email addresses are via GoDaddy and I think they are ? Microsoft ? ones.

Ah, OK.. They're the ones I use for work so wouldn't want to lose them! I'll phone GODADDY and see if they can talk me through it in a way that means they're not binned :-)
