I have an Iphone 6 and an Iphone 16 Pro. The Iphone 6 has a couple of apps that transferred to the new Iphone, but don't work on the new IOS version. The apps are no longer for sale in the app store. How do I transfer the still working Iphone 6 version of the app to the Iphone 16?

You don't. Those apps are dead. Abandoned by the developers.
The hardware on the iPhone 16 Pro is too advanced for the old software and it cannot run on the iPhone 16 Pro. The software is what’s know as abandonware, because the developer abandoned the software and you. Sorry.
