As per my included pic, the screensaver shuffles 10 of these instead of shuffling all. The same goes for the "dynamic wallpaer (which is not being dynamic)
Suggestions?

There are some known issues, yes.
I would try reducing the shuffle to static images, and or reducing the overall number— to get to something that does work...
