AirPods Pro 2 flashing amber despite charging and factory reset

Hi, as the title says my airpods pro 2 just keeps flashing amber. I've tried to charge the case, and also did a factory reset several times. And still nothing works. This is a new pair of airpods and this is really frustrating. Connecting the case to the phone is are no problem. But connecting to find my do not work.

Do you have any solutions?

My AirPods Pro are flashing orange and not reconnecting one of my AirPods was destroyed and I had a replacement one from a different set of gen 2 AirPod pros. I forgot both sets of them on my phone and combined them into 1 case, I reset the AirPods in the case and when I follow the steps to reconnect ( hold down the connect button for 6 seconds) it flashes a white LED for about 2 seconds then it chimes and flashes orange. Nothing comes up on my phone or a friends phone saying that they are available to connect to either phones on Bluetooth. Otherwise it just flashes orange whenever I open the case. Why are my AirPods blinking amber after charging? i just got my airpods replsced by the genius bar (the parts that goes in your ear not the case) and i was told to plug them in and charge thru the case for around an hour. The case was blinking amber the whole time, now its been more than an hour and i unplugged the case and tried to pair but every time i open the case the blinking amber light ckmes back and when i double tap i see a flash of white then back to amber.
