iPhone 11 black lines appearing on the lower/mid section part of the screen!!

Hi there

Black line appearing on my iPhone 11 and growing!

I recently started seeing a small black line on my screen I thought I was tired but it kept growing over 3 or 4 day period and I don’t know what to do about it.

At first I thought it was the screen protector but now I’m thinking it isn’t and I would like some answers please.

The line is now across the screen and slowly is building more ones just a bit above the original line.

The IPhone I don’t think is very old maybe 4-5 yrs old?

Sounds as if your screen is damaged. Do a backup (if you are not already doing so) and take it in to an Apple authorized service provider or a Genius Bar for diagnostics and possible solution.

Do not wait until the screen dies...

Hello!

Take a screenshot. If you don’t see the line in the screenshot, the device’s screen is damaged in some way, and you should have it checked about at a Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP):

If they find the screen to be damaged, you’d have to decide if it’s worth spending money to repair an older device, or if you want to upgrade to a newer model.
