Go to Settings > [name on top], and scroll to the bottom to see the list of devices that are logged into your account. You can tap on them for additional information and to remove them. If you find one that you do not recognize, then change your Apple Account password to prevent it from logging in again.

Simple, click on the one that is not yours and click remove from account, the change all your passwords.( you can’t remove the device that you are on.)
