How to retrieve a deleted iPhone purchase receipt?

On your iPhone, open the Apple Store App (not the App Store, the Apple Store). Tap the circle at the top with your initials. Tap Orders and you should see the screen protector in the list of items you've purchased from Apple. Tap the screen protector and there's your receipt.

If you didn't give them your email address when you bought the iPhone, then of course, it won't show where I suggested you look. But then you didn't say if you did look where I suggested? Otherwise, you'll need to contact the store and that means call them --> Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple

You would need to contact the store you made the purchase at. Did you order it online or just walk into the store an purchase?
