How can I fix iMessage activation issues after iOS 18.4.1 update?

Hello, after updating to ios 18.4.1, i wanted to insert a new sim to my iphone 15pro ( its a chinese model, so it has dual physical sim slots ), ever since I did that, I had a big problem with iMessage and FaceTime not working for any of my two sim cards, I tried all the solutions I found online, I used to get waiting for activation, but now it seems like iMessage blocked my sim card because when I click on my number it says activation unsuccessful try again, and it just remains that way no matter what I try to do, I even reset my network settings, please help 🙁

If you’re having this issue, call Apple Support. Somehow my number/account was put onto an iMessage block list that they had to lift manually. The only way to get out on this list is if you get reported for repeated spam/junk messages from people you’re texting. I only text my friends so I know this isn’t how I was blocked, but that’s the only explanation the support person could provide for me.
