Refund request for free subscription which I am unable to cancel on App Store

Good afternoon. I have one problem with the refund for the subscription. Due to different time zones, I was unable to cancel the free subscription. I don’t need this application. And I didn’t use it. Request a refund for the subscription. Unfortunately, when I applied for a refund, I refused. Please could you help me?
