Unable to validate the purchase date of MacBook Pro to check its warranty coverage

I bought a Macbook today and trying to check warranty coverage but I'm not able to validate the purchase date. I tried to contact support but they did not call. What to do in this case?

Getting this Covered:

Entering the Serial Number here, what do you get for an option?: http://checkcoverage.apple.com/

Not Getting a Callback form Apple:

If Apple did not call you back, then you may have blocked them. So, contact them, asking them the number they'd call you from. Then, add that number as Contact (iPhone) so that it goes through.

Setting Up the Chat Session:

  1. Go to: support.apple.com
  2. Scroll Down to "Tell us how we can help"
  3. Select: Get Support
  4. Proceed from there as Necessary
