I want to change the standard Backgrond of the login window after the boot sequence; the standard of ventura 13.7.5 is annoing for me and I want to customize this.
I searched for jpg and tif images on Library an System but I doesnt find the file to substitute ...
Any idea and help will be apreciated

splash screen is when it's booting (for macOS it's an apple) what you mean is the login screen wallpaper

At one time with Ventura substituting your own photo for the login background only worked if there was a only 1 user account on the Mac and the Guest account was disabled.
If it still works you would have to replace the Sonora image in the Macintosh HD/Library/Desktop Pictures with your own and name it the same as the Sonora photo.
Assuming you mean your screen backdrop/wallpager, there is no 'file to substitute'.
Instead check System Settings -> Wallpaper. You can select from a number of preset images, or choose your own (or a series of images to cycle through if you prefer)
Hi Camelot, I mean not the wallpaper for the Desktop backgrounds; I have my own wallpapers for the Desktop 1, 2 3 and 4 and now I want to define the "splash" screen for the login window. I call splash screen the 1st GUI background you can see after the booting process, when the login dialog appears; before user 1, 2 or 3 after the login call the own configuration for his own desktop background (wallpaper)
Thx Rudegar, I will try the way descibed on Ask Different; the first article is IMHO not a solution for this.
I have also tried to substitute the HIEC-Graphic in the path /System/Library/Desktop Pictures/ with my own but I cannot operate nor by sudo or as "normal-user"
I will give a feedback after the Ask Different workaround
