"Why does my MacBook Pro screen briefly turn green while streaming videos?: When watching videos or movies, my display will flash green when there are cuts, especially from black. It will happen for 1 frame before it corrects itself. It looks like the display is trying to auto adjust when the scene changes but flashes green first before it goes to normal. It is extremely annoying and I have have tried changing a bunch of settings and it still happens. I have attached comparison pictures to try to show what I mean."

Off-Color Hue on Mac After Opening:
I see you are using YouTube here. So, what apps does this occur on? Does it occur in the TV app? On streaming sizes (i.e. Zoom or news)? Or QuickTime Player? Or difference Web browsers?
What to Try:
A. Boot in Safe Mode:
While booted in Safe Mode, damages system files are commonly fixed. So, try going intuit, and logging in for 30 seconds and then logging out. Then log in as normal: Start Up your Mac in Safe Mode - Apple Support
B. Single Out Your Display:
Connect to an external monitor, and see if you get this issue. If so, then it is an error within the macOS. If not, then it is a hardware issue. You might need an after such as this, if no HDMI port is on your Mac: Connect to HDMI from your Mac - Apple Support
C. Single-Out your User:
For troubleshooting purposes, create an Administrator user, and then log into it, seeing if you still get this error. If not, then is is an issue with your current user. If so, then it is an issue with your macOS. Trash this user you've just created once this troubleshooting method is complete.
