My iPhone 16 Pro Max’s Camera Control Button has a Ground (Electrical Shock) once I use it without slippers while charging. Can apple support team fix this?

Cases of phones or Macbooks are not earthed. Apple charge bricks do not have an earth pin. Mains earthing is irrelevant.

Someone needs to check and see if there is current on your ground in the socket or house. When you’re feeling current on a metal case that’s a strong indication of a problem in the circuit and not the device.

But there are multiple user who complain about the same thing. We can’t disregard that maybe the device might be the one causing it?
