iPhone 16 Pro Max Camera Control button conducting electricity while charging

My iPhone 16 Pro Max’s Camera Control Button has a Ground (Electrical Shock) once I use it without slippers while charging. Can apple support team fix this?

Cases of phones or Macbooks are not earthed. Apple charge bricks do not have an earth pin. Mains earthing is irrelevant.
