How to fix thinkorswim update installation issue on macOS Sequoia 15.4.1?

Thinkorswim hangs up on the "installing updates". Works once from a fresh download.dmg and then will not work again. Checked privacy and security - app management and thinkorswim is enabled. Running Sequoia 15.4.1 Spent 3 hours with TOS rep, and they think the OS is corrupted and preventing ThinkorSwim from launching.


Anyone experienced this issue and any recommendations?
