What does red lines in the battery usage levels indicate when charging iPhone 16 Pro?

I set the maximum battery charge percentage for my iPhone 16 Pro to 85% and yesterday it reached less than 50% at 1 AM. I connected the charger and turned off the phone completely. The charger is a RAVPower 60W iSmart charging system. I used a USB 2 to Type C cable. When I woke up at 2 AM, I found the phone on and the charge was 85% complete, but I found these red lines within the usage levels, which are the charging period and turning off without use. Is there an explanation for this?

Search for accessories that have completed MFi certification. Once an accessory has completed MFi certification requirements and is reported to Apple as sold/distributed, it will be searchable in our public database of authorized Lightning, headset, charging, iAP-enabled, and Find My network-enabled accessories.

I checked it and it is original but these colors maybe because the charging cable is USB2 and the phone supports USB3 do you agree with me?? This charger is good I have been using it for more than 3 years and it is very good but whenever I charge the phone with another charger the Anker type has USB C ports and it is newer do you think the cable is the reason?
