Your tag line says you have a M4 MacBook Air – one of the current models. Those came with 13" and 15" screen sizes.

If you are migrating from an older Mac, it's strongly recommended to migrate from an external drive containing a current backup of the old Mac's startup disk, rather than to migrate over Wi-Fi. The backup can be either a Time Machine backup or a bootable clone backup made with Carbon Copy Cloner or SuperDuper!
There is not and never has been any such thing as a 14" MacBook Air.
If the machine you were given was new, or was properly prepared by the previous owner, it should walk you through the setup process when you turn it on.
