I upgraded to sequoia 15.4.1 on my Mac mini M1 2020. Try to open Mail every time it’s unresponsive. I’ve restarted nothing new happens.

I saw this solution in another similar thread, and it worked for me. I went into System Settings > Internet Accounts and unselected "Mail" as an option for all my email accounts. Mail was able to launch after that, and while Mail was open, I re-enabled the Mail option on the email accounts in Internet Accounts.
