How do I turn off the auto enchance/auto brightness on my WhatsApp and Instagram camera? I want it to be natural

I don’t see where Instagram has an auto enhance feature. Both apps are from Meta, so you will probably want to reach out to the Instagram support team.
The only thing remotely similar is in your Instagram settings > Media Quality > Disable Display of HDR. You might want to experiment with that setting and see if the changes make any noticeable difference.
