Sorry no, the iMacs are not designed to have upgradeable graphics or CPUs.

I re-read your post, the graphic cards may have software updates if that is what you meant. To find out if yours needs one simply run Software Update which you can find under the  on the upper left of your screen. From there follow the on-screen instructions.
