How do I revert to the old photo gallery interface on iPhone?

Is there a way to undo this new interface? The old one was just fine. This new setup requires more steps—or it feels like it. It’s annoying.

No. I understand adapting to change is difficult for some. Keeping legacy interfaces is not a top priority for software developers. You can submit feedback to Apple expressing your concerns however.

Have you explored all the customization tools? Unlike previous versions, in 18 you can hide sections you don't like, and move the ones you do like to get to them more easily.

The primary difference in 18 is that, to get to Albums or Library, they are both right there in front, with the newest pictures right in the middle -- you just scroll rather than hitting a button first.

The other big difference is that you can sort the Library for either capture date or import date.

I think that I've gotten pretty used to in, now. There's hope!
