Can an 'Apple Legacy Contact 'access Google Photos from the designated Apple account?

Does being an Apple Legacy Contact give that person the capability to see Google photos and Google photo albums from the designator’s Apple account?

iCloud Contact Photos Going Missing Ever Since New Mac. I have recently purchased a late 2013 mac pro and my contact photos are now randomly going away from my iCloud on mac and web. it is a real pain to try to find them again and I am starting to think I am not the problem. I am wondering if there is a way to fix this issue myself or if apple has to fix it because the web version of iCloud is just saying the photo cannot be loaded at this time.

You’ll need to ask Googles support team for specific instructions and possible solutions. The best anyone here can say is maybe.
