Unable to receive calls on iPhone as it is going directly to voicemail

My iphone is going direct to voicemail when receiving calls.

I have checked all settings and nothing wrong there (i.e. not disturb)

I also set the phone to original settings (pretty anoying btw) but that didn't solve ether.

Open the Settings App. If you're on iOS 18, go to the bottom of the page and tap Apps. Then find and tap Phone. See if Silence Unknown Callers is turned on. If it's not, then contact your carrier as that would be on their side, not the iPhone side. They likely need to adjust the time your phone rings before going to voicemail.
