How do I get a refund for an unintended CamScanner subscription on iPhone?

Charges display per item. Receipts or statements sent by Apple may display multiple items as a single purchase. Purchases generally are taxable and you must take that into consideration.

If the renewal date was on or less than 24 hours after you cancelled it, Apple advises that renewal and associated charge may still go through.

If the cancellation was successful and it now shows an expiry date and no Cancel button appears anymore then you will need to contact Apple support directly to terminate it now, and get a refund.

The charge should still appear when you go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com, if it was charged by Apple.
