I accedently deleted the app store and i can't even find it in my app library and i don't have any restrictions set for my device. help
and i can't even download app store with app store i did a few days ago though but i can't do it anymore.

Unless you are in the European Union, the App Store cannot be deleted from an iPhone. As such there is no way to re-install it from anywhere else.
If you are in Europe, and deleted the App Store after installing a alternative option go to Settings > Apps > App Installation, then tap Reinstall App Store at the bottom of the page.
If you are not in the European Union, then look for the App Store in the App Library, folder or hidden Home screen, or check that it has not been restricted by Screen Time settings as suggested.
Settings ➜ Screen Time ➜ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➜ iTunes & App Store Purchases ➜ Installing Apps and make sure it's set to Allow.

App Store cannot be deleted.
If you have parental controls or screen time or focus enabled, turn all that (entirely) off, and check again.
