My phone battery drain too fast when update to ios 18.4. How I can solve this problem to normal state.

Your device is performing “cleanup” tasks after the update, which will use more battery than normal for a day or two.
Go to: Settings > Battery. Which apps are using the most battery?
Also, force restart your device after every update. Do so now: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
