Why can’t I delete iCloud data or sync my iPhone and iPad?

iPhone and iPad cannot synch and asks to delete iMessages and health. Cannot delete either. Error message is “unable to connect to iCloud. Your iCloud data couldn’t be deleted at this time. Check your network connection and try again later”.

nothing wrong with network. Apple haven’t fixed this in 2 years.

Contact Apple Support:

Happening on a new device that you have just associated to your Apple Account, that would indeed indicate that there is an issue connecting to Apple's servers. So, give Apple Support a Call or chat with them. Perform a screensharing session with the Apple Rep. That way, they can see this firsthand, from your perspective.

Alternatively to performing a call, you can perform a chat session with Apple Support.

Setting Up the Chat Session:

  1. Go to: support.apple.com
  2. Scroll Down to "Tell us how we can help"
  3. Select: Get Support
  4. Proceed from there as Necessary

Contact Apple Support:

There is an error connecting to Apple's server. If this has been occurring to two years, then I suspect there is an ongoing issue, perhaps within the device.
