Where is keychain in settings in Sequoia?
I am less than thrilled Apple removed the Keychain app in Utilities, though where the **** is it in settings? Someone point it out as its not on the left.

Keychain has been replaced with the Passwords app. You access the settings for Passwords from within the app itself.

Spotlight and type " Key "
In my setup it will auto complete Keychain Access in the results
Choose the results
Refer to 2nd image and make your choice to Open " Passwords " or " Open Keychain Access "

Glad they got it out of General, it needed its own settings. Anyone know why they removed the Keychain app in Utilities folder?
Because Apple decided to bury it elsewhere
They, Apple Own the Operating System
It is within their scope to move things around as they deem necessary

Probably because it has very little utility anymore.
As an indicator of where Keychain may go, in time
