No one here can remove the Activation Lock off your iPhone, only the original owner of the iPhone can. Also note that we aren't Apple and even so, they won't remove the Activation Lock without proof of purchase receipt.

If this is your iPhone you purchased new, you have two ways to remove the Activation Lock. The first is to enter the Apple Account credentials the iPhone is locked to, which should be yours. The second is to file a request with the proof of purchase receipt and ask Apple to unlock it.

If you happen to purchase this iPhone used, unfortunately you were scammed. Either the original owner did not properly remove Find My off their iPhone, or they are a scammer and do this for a living. Your best bet is to try to get a refund, then recycle the iPhone at your nearest Apple Store or local devices store.

If so and you still intend on purchasing another used Apple product, which I hope not, be sure to read this thoroughly first: The All Too Common SAD Reality of Buying … - Apple Community

Only the owner of the account used to lock it can remove the activation lock.

If you are the original purchaser of the phone and you can not access the account used to lock it, you will have to provide Apple with the original proof of purchase from Apple or an authorized retailer to have the activation lock removed.

If you purchased the phone second hand, return it and get your money back if it is locked with someone else's account.

If it is locked with your account, you need to regain access to the account.

Activation lock is a security protocol that can't be bypassed. Only the person it is locked to can unlock it.

If you bought this from someone and it came locked, try to get your money back, you will never be able to use the phone.
