How do I remove the text-to-speech translation feature on my iPhone?
How do I remove the blue circle at the top left of my mobile phone that translates as I’m writing text out loudly?

Two places to look:
Settings>Accessibility VoiceOver>Off
and
Settings>Accessibility-Spoken Content>Typing Feedback and turn everything on that page off.
