How do I delete iCloud backup that won't delete?

Hi All,

Need help I try to delete one backup from iCloud.

I tried to delete it from phone and from my Mac.

while I do it from phone I get the message "Cannot Delete Backup This backup cannon be deleted at this time"

From Mac I didn't get any message but the backup not disappeared.

Any suggestions how I can resolve this issue?

I tried to restart phone re create new backup but this one is stuck.
