Running Sequoia 15.4.1 - External hard drive drops connection every ten minutes. Why has the option not to put hard disks to sleep disappeared, and can this issue be overcome? Does anyone have any experience with a powered m.2 caddy actually working?

From Terminal:
sudo pmset -a disksleep 0

Open the Energy pane and turn on "prevent auto sleeping when display is off". All other lines should be off.
